Kaida Leucos — Althelia Rexanthe reborn.

Althelia was King Wulfric Rexanthe’s wife in his mortal years. So deep was their love, that they were near inseparable, aching and yearning for the times they were ever apart. Wulfric has never loved another in over a thousand years. Even now, even when she is a but memory that lives only in a painting, and in Wulfric’s soul, he aches for her while they are apart.

She grew up training all her life to be a scribe, but never wanted such a quiet life, as much as she loved to write and read. It was dragons she dreamed of, ever since she first saw little Solaris with Wulfric when she was a girl, waiting for her father on the same ship his mother was on. Her father never came home, but because he died in the war, she was given a scribe apprenticeship in Cerisun Hall.

Althelia was a strong-willed, brave, fiery woman with big ideas and brute determination to actualize her dreams, and the combat know-how to make sure no one would stop her. She was passionate with a bleeding heart, and even back then, wished the magic of the jewel could be shared with more of the world.

She isn’t just a memory anymore. For reasons unknown, Althetlia’s soul took a long time to regenerate as other souls do. Perhaps she was waiting for her dragon to do it too. Maybe she was lost, maybe unwilling to leave her family. Maybe the cataclysmic event of Wulfric accepting the jewel blasted her soul too far into the Silvermists. Whatever the reason, she’s finally back.

Kaida Leucos has no idea who she was, just the same as everyone else.

Except that she isn’t. When she found her dragon’s egg, familiar and alone and lost, she began having dreams of the King. She’s never met the king. Why would she dream of him, and like that?

Wulfric’s reincarnated wife is up for adoption! After he has spent some flirtatious time developing a relationship with Asher de Raye, I’d like for him to find her again, and be caught in mild love triangle of sorts. Eventually, she would regain her memories. And eventually, they would have to face the reality that Wulfric is immortal and she is not. More than that, she feels the jewels served their purpose in bringing peace and should be put back together to return the world to its natural order.

|| I have a headcanon that her dragon is also reincarnated, and her bond to them was strong enough that finding each other again is lifting a shroud of forgetting from both of their minds, slowly but surely with strange dreams. Her dragon in their past life was Solaris’s first child.
